Terms and Conditions

1.. Care of the Property Please treat the property with care and respect, leaving it clean and tidy on departure.
2. Arrival / Departure You may arrive any time after 3pm . Please notify us of your expected arrival time, to allow arrangements to be made for access / key collection. Please vacate by 10am on day of departure.
3. Electricity is included in the rent.
4. Linen All bed linen is supplied. Please note that towels are not provided.
5. Breakages In the event of any damage caused during your stay, please contact the owner / owners representative as soon as possible, during the stay to allow repair / replacement before arrival of the next guests. Where damage is caused through neglect a charge for replacement may be made (Notification will be made within 14 days).
6. Liability Use of the apartment is entirely at the occupiers risk. The owner accepts no liability in respect of any loss, sickness or injury, however caused to any guests, baggage, car or contents.
7. Insurance Third party holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
8. Access The owner or owner’s representative shall be allowed access to the property at any time for essential maintenance. Where possible this will be by prior arrangement.
9. Cancellation Should you need to cancel your holiday, please inform us in writing at the earliest opportunity. If notification is received prior to the balance of rental falling due, you will only forfeit your deposit. After this date, you will be liable to pay the full charge for the booking. We will endeavour to re-let the property, and will refund any monies paid if successful, less a £20 administration charge.
In the unlikely event that the owner should need to cancel the booking, all charges paid to the owner will be refunded in full.
10. Children are very welcome. Unfortunately there are no baby facilities provided.
11. Occupancy The apartment is offered on the understanding that no more than 4 people will use it.
12. Pets Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets.
13. Smoking As a courtesy to future guests we would prefer that you do not smoke inside the property.
14. Complaints Should you have any cause for complaint, please notify the owner or owners representative during your stay, and we will endeavour to rectify the problem. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after the holiday has ended, due to difficulties in investigating the problem.
